Leadstax is a lead tracking and follow-up management platform for businesses and teams. We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Workspaces and Organizations

If you create or join a workspace, your organization may control access to the workspace, its users, and the content stored within it. Workspace owners and admins may be able to add or remove users, assign roles, and manage billing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
• upload or transmit malicious code;
• use the Service to store or process data in violation of applicable law.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data, text, notes, contacts, and other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide Customer Content and that your Customer Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

8. Fees and Billing

Some parts of the Service may require payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADSTAX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms
